Vern's Cheese Fantasies - Future Hero Cave

The yellow label has been a little underrepresented in the photo stream this far. This season, the yellow label represents Vern’s cheese fantasies. Vern was the number one supporter of the VIP Cheese Tasting Club. So naturally, I went to work trying to bring his cheese fantasies to life. I think these are this season’s best flavors. I think collaboration is one of the seeds of inspiration. Thanks to Vern for the fresh ideas. The 2023 Collection is now available on our website. Thanks for the kind words, Alissa! The chili was inspired by my love of chili crisp sauces. The pesto was inspired by my love of, well pesto. I have tried many different brands of artisanal vegan cheeses over the years. Punk Rawk Labs was by far my favorite, and I was very sad when the brand ended. So when I heard that Alissa was restarting her fermented cheeses, I had to jump on the opportunity. I was not disappointed. Future Hero Cave cheeses are a wonderful rebirth and are still my favorite.
