This year, I’m offering something new. Now that I’ve established a repertoire, I’m able to collaborate with you all to build collections with your preferences. Part of my work is to push the evolution of cheese forward. The other collections support that work. These collections are dictated by the voice of the people!
The Vera Collection
This new collection is dedicated to Vera who also dates back to the beginnings of the cheese. The second store to ever carry the cheese was One Lucky Duck (of Bad Vegan fame). Vera found the cheese there…the raw vegan contingent of cheese lovers. Although raw vegan may have disappeared as a marketing demographic, it still lives in Vera! And it still lives in The UNCooking Show Collections!

The Barb Collection
Introducing the first special edition collection. After a few years, there’s starting to be a substantial repertoire of cheeses. Unfortunately, there is currently not capacity to keep all of these in stock. Thanks to Barb for inspiring the idea of offering special edition collections. Barb has seen a lot of cheese come and go. She goes all the way back to the kale chip era (BC as in ‘Before Cheese’). Barb requested a collection with just nacho and peppercorn. This is a very limited edition special offering (only 6 sets). So grab them while you can.
