It’s so delicious that I shed a little tear.

I first tried Alissa’s cheeses back when they were sold in Minnesota under the Punk Rawk brand.  I had been searching for a good nacho cheese ever since becoming vegan.  When I saw her cheese at Eureka Compass Foods, I knew I had to try it. It was quite delicious and I often made the trip out to Saint Paul specifically for this cheese.

I did not think that anything could top the nacho cheese, but I bought the Red Dragon cheese and it is the smoothest vegan cheese I’ve ever tried.  I ate half of it in the first day! Then I messaged her that day asking for more. Give this cheese a try and you won’t be disappointed!

This cheese is out-of-this-world delicious!  I’m serious!

Oh my god, they are so so good!  I love the balls and the way they are stored.  Very unique collection, very diverse in taste and function.

I have tried many different brands of artisanal vegan cheeses over the years. Punk Rawk Labs was by far my favorite, and I was very sad when the brand ended. So when I heard that Alissa was restarting her fermented cheeses, I had to jump on the opportunity. I was not disappointed. Future Hero Cave cheeses are a wonderful rebirth and are still my favorite.
