I’m happy to announce that the 2023 Collection is Sold Out. If you missed it, I will be releasing ‘The UNCooking Show Collection’ in a few weeks. This is a raw line of cheese in the same vein as the OG time tested method that is my foundation. The annual collection is bolder and more experimental and aims to push the envelope on what vegan cheese can be. I’ll release another batch of 2023 Collection in the fall.
